We are looking for
Fresh Graduates from non-technical streams for Passport Seva Kendra at Malappuram, Kerala
• Decent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Good personality and customer handling skills.
• Proficient in English and local language
• Computer savvy and MS Office knowledge

Job Description:
• Resolve customer queries and issues.
• Escalate customer issues for quick resolution.
• Document Verification
• Data entry
• Ensure quality of services delivered.
• Execute activities to meet the service period SLAs
