This position is responsible for conducting scheduled mobile patrols, securing multiple client properties, and helping maintain a safe environment through proactive observation and professional response
The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while traveling between assigned locations
Conduct scheduled patrols of multiple assigned properties throughout the Grand Valley area
Lock and unlock client buildings according to established schedules and site procedures
Perform interior and exterior security inspections during each patrol
Verify that doors, gates, windows, and other access points are properly secured
Maintain a visible security presence to discourage unauthorized activity
Observe assigned properties for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or signs of unauthorized access
Investigate unusual conditions and report findings through the appropriate chain of command
Respond to alarms or security concerns in accordance with company procedures
Protect client property by identifying and reporting maintenance or security issues promptly
Documentation & Communication
Complete accurate patrol logs, daily activity reports, and incident documentation
Record building access activities, security concerns, and operational observations
Maintain communication with supervisors regarding incidents or unusual activity
Follow all post orders, operational procedures, and client-specific instructions
Drive between multiple client locations throughout the shift
Walk and stand for extended periods while conducting patrols
Perform routine inspections of buildings and surrounding property
Bend, reach, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds when necessary
Maintain visual awareness and respond quickly to changing conditions
Mobile assignment covering multiple critical infrastructure locations
Combination of indoor and outdoor duties in varying weather conditions

Primary Responsibilities
