Skill Sets:
• Should have good experience on Cisco Contact Center solution (UCCE/PCCE, CUCM, CUIC, CVP)
• Should be able to lead the team of engineers with multiple locations.
• Should be able to manage Incident/Change Trackers and present to business.
• Work as a SPOC between client and technical team.
• Good understanding on ITIL process.
• Work with OEM for escalated cases.
• Good Team player and provide periodical knowledge transfer to teams.
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
