ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a Cinematographer & Video Editor who brings an exceptional eye for visual storytelling—both behind the camera and on the timeline. You should be just as comfortable framing a perfect handheld shot in golden light as you are shaping the narrative flow in post-production.
This is a creative lead role for someone who understands how to make luxury feel effortless, how to balance emotion with aesthetics, and how to shoot and cut content that feels elevated, immersive, and clean.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead cinematography on campaign shoots—plan, frame, and capture elegant footage that enhances the story and emotion.
• Edit campaign films, reels, and digital content with a strong emphasis on narrative structure, pacing, and tone.• Support storyboarding and visual planning with creative directors to align on tone and shot approach pre-shoot.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to bring brand stories to life through a unified visual language.
• Maintain organized project files, manage versioning, and streamline delivery across multiple active edits.
• Work with motion graphics artists to ensure smooth visual integration when needed.
• Stay up to date with platform trends, camera tech, and editing techniques to elevate our work across Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
• KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of experience as a Cinematographer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of branded content and lifestyle storytelling.
• Proficient in camera handling, lighting techniques, and cinematic compositions (experience with mirrorless, cinema cameras, gimbals, etc.).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve (After Effects knowledge is a plus).
• Deep understanding of color grading, LUT workflows, and achieving cohesive visual moods.
• Competence in basic sound design—music selection, audio mixing, and SFX layering.
• Experience working on hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands is a big plus.
• Familiarity with social media formats and visual trends (Reels, Shorts, campaign cutdowns, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, especially while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
