Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Cinematographer with 2–3 years of experience in shooting and lighting video content to plan, capture, and deliver high-quality visual footage for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, set up, and operate cameras and lighting equipment to capture high-quality video footage for various productions.
• Collaborate with directors and producers to translate creative concepts and scripts into visual storytelling.
• Design and execute lighting setups suited to different locations, moods, and shooting conditions.
• Select appropriate camera angles, lenses, and movement techniques to achieve desired shots.
• Operate handheld, tripod, gimbal, and drone-mounted cameras as required by the production.
• Ensure proper exposure, focus, framing, and color accuracy during shoots.
• Coordinate with the production team, including directors, editors, and lighting crew, to maintain visual consistency.
• Manage and maintain camera equipment, lenses, and accessories to ensure optimal performance.
• Review and organize raw footage, ensuring proper backup and handoff to the editing team.
• Stay up to date with the latest camera technology, cinematography techniques, and industry trends.
• Scout and assess shooting locations for lighting, framing, and logistical feasibility.
• Prepare shot lists and shooting schedules in coordination with the production timeline.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and equipment handling standards on set.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Making, Cinematography, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Good to Have
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Cinematographer or Camera Operator.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating varied cinematography work.
• Experience with drone videography and aerial cinematography.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and pre-production planning.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong communication and on-set collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots under tight deadlines.
