We are looking for Asst. Mgr. / Dy. Mgr – (Customer Quality) for one of leading Automotive Group with experience of Customer Quality – Steering System in (4 Wheeler) Vehicle Manufacturing (Automotive) Company at Chakan, Pune Location.

Position: Asst. Mgr. / Dy. Mgr – (Customer Quality)

Location: Chakan, Pune

Qualification: Diploma/ B.E / B.Tech

Experience: 5+ Years Steering System only.

Purpose Of This Role

Analysis of line and field complaint parts, Proactive checks & ensure parts assembled on vehicles are meeting all design aspects.

Involvement in new product development to achieve the Warranty targets and inhouse PPM targets

Role & Responsibility
• Technical analysis of concern reported from manufacturing.
• Arrange Containment action in case of failure in supplier parts,
• Auditing the Supplier processes and follow up for improvement opportunities closures.
• Participating in the New Product development and ensuring First time right development.
• Ensure closure of issues by regularly updating progress /actions in various forum(s).
• Ensure reduction in concern reported from manufacturing lines.
• Guide & Monitor associates in their Daily Work.

Skill
• Knowledge of the vehicle systems & assembly process and mistake proofing
• Manufacturing process knowledge - Casting, machining, HT Welding, Surface treatment
• Knowledge about GD&T,
• Understanding of 8D, SCAP, application of SPC & MSA.
• Proficient in using MS Office suite of programs
