Hiring PCB Layout Designer for Vadodara location for US based MNC
Experience:6-8 Years
Qualification:Diploma/BE-ELectronics
Job Description
Hands on Experience in PCB Layout Design using the following tools. a. Altium Software b. Orcad Allegro PCB Layout c. Basic Design of Analog and Digital Circuits
• Experience in working with :
• Expertise in Orcad Schematics, layout & footprint creation
• Expertise in PCB Footprint creation according to IPC Standards, MIL Standards.
• Should be proficient on Cadence Allegro 16.6 , Altium & Gerber tool usage.
• Should be expertise in PCB layout design with working experience on high - speed digital, RF and analog PCBs.
• Candidate should be capable of designing 4-10-layer circuit cards with blind/buried via controlled impedances, and careful attention to EMI concerns. Footprint and Libray Maintenance
• Place and route components ensuring that all electrical and physical specifications. Meet the specific design requirements for each PCB design.
• Develop and generate drawings and documentation to facilitate PCB fabrication and assembly.
• Rework PCB designs when engineering design changes occur and assist the design team with ideas to resolve issues.
• Perform drawings and documentation updates per the instructions of engineering changes requests.
• Communication with mechanical team, thermal team regarding the mechanical constraints with respect to PCB.
• Should have knowledge of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity
• Communication with the manufacturer and clearing the technical queries
• Experience with Solid works for mechanical fitment would be preferred
• Knowledge of 3D modeling of the components & board for stack-up verification is a must
