Job Summary
Balanced Wellness Family Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a positive healthcare team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep our clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule and manage appointments
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Assist with administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations
Work closely with our chiropractors and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Help with non-clinical duties in treatment areas when needed to support the team
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to assist wherever needed to help the clinic succeed
Previous reception, administrative, or customer service experience is considered an asset but is not required
