As a Residential Support Worker you will become an essential part of a child’s life by delivering support that is focused on all aspects of their health, wellbeing, education, independence, and development.

Experience with Children: Maybe it’s in care, education, or another setting—you bring your passion and energy to the table.
Enthusiasm Resilience: You're eager to make a difference and handle challenges with positivity.
Experience of a similar role would be beneficial; however, it is not essential because we pride ourselves on facilitating a bespoke learning and development programme that encourages career progression within our organisation and the childcare profession.

The successful applicant must hold a full and valid UK Driving License and be willing to add business insurance to their car insurance policy,
