About The Centre
Thrive, Merrylands is located in Sydney's Western Sydney and follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.
The team is diverse and inclusive who work together in respectful partnership and have a supportive leadership team who provides many opportunities to grow as a professional.

About The Role
We are looking for a fully qualified educator who is driven to contribute to the delivery of high quality education and care.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!
Pay range $70,000 - $85,000 per annum
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
