Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Executive located in Surat(Gujarat). The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, providing client support, and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with other team members to grow the company's presence in the market. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets Marketing skills including Digital Marketing and Promotional Campaign Management Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis to identify customer needs and market trends Organizational and Time Management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Understanding of the solar or renewable energy sector is a plus Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration
