Responsibilities:
- Own the membership and pricing model tier structure, volume targets, and the plan to hit them
- Build the revenue architecture across all four lines: institute, home care, digital platform, product
- Set, track and own monthly and annual revenue targets with the precision of someone who understands what drives them
- Develop the corporate partnership pipeline maternity benefits, hospital referrals, insurance, employer programmes
- Build and manage the commercial relationships that bring members at scale
- Manage the operational P&L: cost structure, margin per service, utilisation, staffing efficiency
- Build the processes that make quality repeatable
- Own the gifting and referral channel a significant acquisition lever for a postnatal brand
Experience & background:
- You will likely have though we care more about what you have done than where you have been.
- 8-14 years of experience, with at least four in a senior commercial, general management, or P&L owning role
- A track record of building revenue in a premium consumer, healthcare, or hospitality business not just managing existing revenue
- Genuine P&L ownership you have sat with the numbers, been accountable to them, and made decisions based on them
- Experience building operational systems from scratch, not just inheriting and maintaining them
