We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Hospital Administrator to lead our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have a BHMS/BAMS degree, along with a Management Degree, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Hospital Sector. They should possess a comprehensive understanding of both clinical and non-clinical aspects of hospital operations.
Responsibilities:
• Practice proactive and effective leadership to achieve the budgeted targets of the center.
• Organize, demonstrate, direct, engage, and monitor day-to-day operational issues in accordance with policies.
• Lead and manage a team to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital.
• Implement efficient systems and processes to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with medical staff and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership and demonstrate a self-starter attitude in meeting the expectations of the position.
Requirements:
