Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Head – Finance
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Experience: 15–20+ Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred | CMA/MBA (Finance) may be considered
Industry Preference: Electronics Manufacturing, Telecom, Import/Export, Distribution, Technology, Manufacturing
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Finance & Accounts function, strengthen financial governance, ensure statutory compliance, optimize cash flow, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial planning, treasury, audit, taxation, ERP, process improvement, and SME IPO readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Finance & Accounts function and drive financial strategy.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
Manage cash flow, working capital, banking, and treasury operations.
Ensure timely finalization of accounts and financial reporting.
Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA/ROC, FEMA, Customs, and statutory compliances.
Lead statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial processes.
Drive ERP implementation, automation, and process improvements.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and regulatory authorities.
Support fundraising, SME IPO readiness, due diligence, and investor reporting.
Mentor and lead the Finance, Accounts, Taxation, and Compliance teams.
Present financial insights and business recommendations to the Managing Director and Board.
Desired Candidate Profile
CA qualified (preferred); CMA/MBA Finance is an advantage.
15–20+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, including 5+ years in a leadership role (CFO/Head Finance/Finance Director/VP Finance).
Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, MIS, Treasury, Audit, Taxation, Corporate Finance, and Compliance.
Experience in SME IPO preparation, fundraising, due diligence, or listed company compliance is preferred.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial modelling, and advanced MS Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Industry Experience
Electronics Manufacturing, Telecom, Electronics Distribution, Import/Export, Industrial Manufacturing, Technology, Government Sales, or Corporate Sales organizations.
