Job Description
*
Strategic Support: Lead budget preparation and cash flow forecasting, and provide financial feasibility analyses for investment projects (e.g., large-scale energy storage projects).

Business Partner: Liaise with business units, participate in contract negotiations and cost control, and ensure project profitability.
*
Team Management: Lead a finance team of 10–15 people, optimize processes, and drive financial system upgrades.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance + CPA or CA certification (required).
*
At least 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
*
Background in the energy, infrastructure, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sectors; familiarity with project accounting.
Proficiency in Excel modeling and financial software (e.g., SAP, Xero).

In-depth understanding of Australian Accounting Standards (AASB), particularly revenue recognition (AASB 15) and lease accounting (IFRS 16).
*
Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations for management
