Qualification- CA
Experience 10 Years
Job Responsibilities :
Position: CFO Finance and Accounts
Requirements :
Good experience in International Banking and Export
Should have knowledge of listed company compliances,
Manufacturing background is a must.
Knowledge of Index to track financial economic data.
Hands-on experience of SAP is mandatory.
Exposure in preparing & finalizing the company & its subsidiaries Balance sheet.
Knowledge of ODI Process, RBI Regulations related to SEBI guidelines.
Experience of setting up MIS System
Should have experience of Interacting with the investors
