The Opportunity
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-focused CEO to lead SourceMainland through its next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to helm a digital-first company with built-in industry expertise, AI infrastructure, and a scalable operating model. You’ll be responsible for team building, strategic oversight, and driving commercial expansion across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall company vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
• Team Building: Recruit and manage a high-performing global team spanning sourcing, operations, account management, tech, and customer success.
• AI & Technology Integration: Oversee the evolution of our AI-assisted sourcing engine and vendor-matching algorithms.
• Client Acquisition & Growth: Build and scale relationships with Shopify sellers, e-commerce brands, B2B enterprises, and product-led businesses seeking smarter sourcing solutions.
• Operational Oversight: Streamline procurement workflows, vendor management, and quality control across domestic and international supply chains.
• Financial Management: Own P&L, optimize unit economics, and guide capital allocation with a growth-oriented mindset.

What We’re Looking For
• 7+ years of leadership experience in sourcing, global procurement, supply chain, e-commerce, or related fields
• Strong background in scaling operational businesses, especially in a digital or tech-enabled environment
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, LLMs, sourcing algorithms)
• Proven ability to build and lead distributed teams in high-growth environments
• Exceptional decision-making, commercial acumen, and execution ability

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon FBA, or omnichannel product sourcing
• Deep knowledge of global sourcing markets (e.g., China, India, Vietnam, LATAM, Eastern Europe)
• Background in prototyping, packaging, logistics, or product development
• Track record of driving revenue growth and building operational scale
