We are seeking a skilled Brand Activation Manager to lead the planning and execution of consumer-facing brand experiences.

This role will be responsible for delivering innovative, on-ground and digital brand activations that enhance visibility, drive engagement, and create memorable touchpoints with our target audience.

• Develop and implement integrated brand activation strategies aligned with overall marketing and brand goals.
• Identify key consumer insights to inform activation ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, product, sales) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to design campaigns.
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events, sampling programs, pop-ups, retail activations, sponsorships, influencer-led activations, and digital extensions.
• Ensure all activations are on-brand, consumer-focused, and deliver ROI.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and compliance for activations across regions.
• Work closely with sales and business teams to align on ground-level strategies.
• Liaise with creative agencies and event partners to bring campaigns to life.
• Partner with digital and PR teams to amplify activations across online and offline media.
• Track and evaluate the performance of brand activations against KPIs (reach, engagement, footfall, conversion).
• Provide post-event analysis, key learnings, and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, activations, or experiential marketing, preferably in FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, events, and brand storytelling.
• Proven track record of executing successful on-ground and digital brand experiences.
• Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
