About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our client's team as a leader and mentor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary procedures, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and train a team.
Proven management experience in charge of a busy kitchen with a strong understanding of financial aspects.

Tasks Responsibilities
This role involves hands-on management while leading both day-to-day and back-of-house operations. Key responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Owner/Manager/Head Chef, overseeing kitchen operations and leading the team.
Training and supervising an enthusiastic and professional kitchen team.
Maintaining high levels of communication between FOH and kitchen staff.
Ensuring adherence to food safety standards for staff and customers.
