As a Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of our residents by delivering exceptional dining experiences that cater to their diverse needs and preferences.
Some key responsibilities of the role include:
Collaborating with the kitchen team to create an exceptional dining experience that is 'good enough for mum'
Providing coverage of the Senior Lead Chef during their days off
Preparing delicious meals from our seasonal menus, rich in variety, flavour and nutrition
Catering to different residents' dietary needs
**About You**
To thrive in our environment, you will have:
New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (level 3)
Proven experience as a Chef, leading a team and running a kitchen
Reliable, friendly and professional manner
