Experience/Skills: 1. Preparing daily reports 2. Ability to manage the production on set timelines and deliverables. 3. Implementing rigorous SOPs with regards to bakery and staff personal hygiene, safety and operational efficiencies. 4. Manage daily planning and production of the bakery section. 5. Drive the implementation and execution of new SKUs introduced in the bakery line. 6. Managing team members with regards to: Rostering and leaves and mapping efficiencies. 7. Maintain quality and consistency of all products on a daily basis. 8. Maintenance, upkeep and management of bakery equipment and tools. +. Managing and streamlining interaction with the purchase department for bakery raw materials and other tools. 10. Managing team operations & rostering by liaising with the senior.
