Key Responsibilities:
Support the Checkout Manager in daily operations
Supervise and lead checkout team members
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Drive a high standard of customer service
Assist with staff training and development

Proven leadership or supervisory experience
Strong customer service focus
Positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
High level of integrity and accountability
Experience with POS systems
