In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow while providing assistance to customers through online chat platforms. No prior experience is necessary - we'll provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills you need to succeed. If you're a quick learner, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via chat to address their inquiries and provide support.
Learn about our products/services and effectively communicate information to customers.
Assist customers in. troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
Strong written communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
