Key Responsibilities

• Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written English communication skills.

Ability to type quickly and accurately (minimum 35-40 WPM).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using chat tools, CRM systems, and cloud-based platforms.

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support or chat process preferred.

Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (Monday to Saturday).

Sunday will be a fixed weekly off.
