Chartered Accountant cum CFO (Mining & Transportation)
Job Description
• Financial Management
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability of mining and transportation operations.
• Ensure accurate accounting of revenue, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Taxation & Compliance
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with government regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Cost Control & Analysis
• Monitor mining and transportation costs, including fuel, maintenance, and manpower expenses.
• Conduct cost analysis and recommend measures for cost optimization.
• Prepare project-wise and vehicle-wise profitability reports.
• Accounts & Audit
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Manage internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.
• Inventory & Asset Management
• Monitor inventory of diesel, lubricants, spare parts, and mining materials.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation records.
• Verify physical assets and stock periodically.
• Vendor & Contract Management
• Review vendor payments and contract agreements.
• Monitor receivables and payables.
• Ensure proper financial controls in procurement and transportation contracts.
• Management Reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
