Job Description:
Maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS The CA will be responsible for preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the organization, which involves collecting, analysing, and interpreting financial and non-financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management for better decision-making. The CA will also ensure that these reports comply with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Preparation and Maintenance of Balance Sheet: The CA will be responsible for maintaining the balance sheet of the organisation, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and classified in the appropriate accounts. The CA will also ensure that the balance sheet is reconciled with the company's general ledger and that it complies with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Financial Reporting: The CA will be responsible for preparing financial reports such as income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets for the organisation. The CA will also ensure that these reports are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Auditing: The CA will be responsible for working with internal and external auditors to ensure that the organisation's financial records are accurate and comply with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The CA will also be responsible for implementing audit recommendations to improve financial controls and processes.
Compliance: The CA will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards. This involves staying up to date with changes in regulations and ensuring that the organisation's financial records and processes are in compliance.
Budgeting and Forecasting: The CA will be responsible for preparing budgets and forecasts for the organization. This involves analysing past financial data, current market trends, and other factors to project future financial performance.
Risk Management: The CA will be responsible for identifying and managing financial risks for the organisation. This involves developing and implementing risk management strategies to protect the organisation from financial losses.
Skills and Qualifications:
A Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders
