Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making in our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project accounting, taxation, and financial management within the real estate or infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting for real estate projects including project cost tracking, revenue recognition, and budgeting.
Prepare and analyze project profitability reports and feasibility assessments.
Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, income tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Handle financial audits and coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
Oversee invoicing, collection tracking, and cash flow planning.
Coordinate with banks for loans, project finance, and fund disbursement.
Support land acquisition and due diligence from a financial compliance perspective.
Maintain updated financial records for real estate assets, leases, and contracts.
Assist in pricing strategies, cost control, and cost-benefit analyses of new developments.
Liaise with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
3–7 years of experience in the real estate or construction sector.
Proficient in project accounting, real estate financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).
Strong understanding of RERA guidelines, tax laws, and accounting standards.
Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹155,000.00 - ₹166,000.00 per month
