We’re a global renewable energy company dedicated to empowering a cleaner future through solar and energy storage innovation.
With a strong international presence and advanced technology, we’re now expanding rapidly in India’s growing solar + ESS market — and we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to help us build lasting partnerships and drive growth.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Build and grow distribution networks across India for solar inverters, battery storage, and hybrid systems.
- Identify, recruit, and manage local partners, EPCs, and system integrators.
- Deliver on sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to shape strategy.
- Work closely with technical support and marketing teams to ensure partner success.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
- Report on sales performance and provide market feedback to HQ.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business.
- 5-7 years’ experience in channel/distribution sales in the solar or energy storage sector(Especially sales experience in string inverters).
- Proven track record in B2B sales & partner management.
- Robust understanding of India’s renewable energy ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or regional languages a plus).
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for green energy 🌱.
