Overview
The Change Management Lead is accountable for driving adoption, behavioral change, and sustainability of Enterprise Efficiency & Effectiveness initiatives. This role ensures that redesigned processes, new ways of working, and enabling technologies are fully embedded into day-to-day operations, protecting value realization and minimizing disruption. The Change Management Lead partners closely with Program and Business leaders to convert transformation intent into durable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the enterprise change management strategy for the E&E portfolio.
Align change approach to initiative type (process re-engineering, automation, operating model, workforce shifts).
Ensure change plans are integrated into program delivery—not treated as a parallel workstream.
Partner with Business and Functional leaders to actively manage resistance and reinforce accountability.
Design and deliver clear, targeted change communications aligned to enterprise priorities.
Translate transformation objectives into simple, role-relevant messages.
Partner with Process, Data, and Technology teams to define role-based training and enablement needs.
Support development of playbooks, job aids, and reference materials.
Define and track adoption and sustainability metrics. Partner with Program & Reporting Director to link adoption to value realization.
Embed change milestones into the integrated program plan. Participate in PMO governance forums to surface change risks and adoption insights.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or enterprise program delivery preferred.
Proven experience leading change across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong understanding of change methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience partnering with HR, Communications, and senior business leaders.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 133,700 - 222,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
