Are you passionate about early childhood education and empowering the next generation through culture, language, and care? Gujaga Child Care Centre in La Perouse is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III and Diploma qualified Educators to join our team full-time and part-time.

About Us:

Gujaga is a proudly Aboriginal-led early learning centre operated by the Eastern Zone Gujaga Aboriginal Corporation. For over 35 years, we’ve supported local families with high-quality early childhood education grounded in Dharawal language and culture, community values, and holistic care.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in delivering culturally inclusive, play-based educational programs
Support the implementation of our semi-immersive Dharawal language and culture curriculum
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the local community
Ensure the safety, well-being, and developmental progress of all children in your care
Work collaboratively within a passionate and supportive team
What We’re Looking For:

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards)
A commitment to inclusive, culturally safe practices
Current Working With Children Check
First Aid, and CPR certifications (desirable but not essential)
Strong communication, teamwork, and reliability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.84 – $49.97 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
