Job Description
Your Role as Centre Director:
As the Centre Director, you'll be at the heart of our centre's success. You will:
Lead with Vision: Inspire and drive creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement to enhance our services.
Foster a High Quality Educational Program: Ensure our incredible educational curriculum, Teach a Rainbow, is setting our children up for bright futures.
Cultivate a Positive Culture: Foster a supportive and collaborative environment where team members can thrive.
Ensure Compliance & Safety: Stay ahead of industry regulations, ensuring that our centre remains fully compliant with NQS, EYLF, and QKLG standards.
Effective Rostering: Optimise staffing through strategic rostering, ensuring the right people are in the right places, and oversee budgets and agency costs to ensure financial sustainability.
What we're looking for:
Proven Experience as a Centre Director and experience in a similar leadership capacity
Completed Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education
Foundations of Child Safety Training - mandatory
Working with Children Blue Card
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to be the Nominated Supervisor for the service.
