Job Description
The CLOP officials undertake the Onboarding and Processing of Corporate loans, Credit Monitoring and LERM's Desk.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Audit and Compliance related to all the activities handled pertaining to Onboarding, processing and Credit Monitoring of Corporate and SME Loan accounts.
• Ensure maintenance of TAT for WBCG and CBG Loans Processing - new accounts
• Ensure timely renewals in System for Credit Limits pertaining to Corporate and SME borrowal accounts
• Ensure timely processing of extensions , modifications including restructuring of Loan accounts of Corporate and SME Borrowers
• Responsible for the credit monitoring activity for WBCG and CBG accounts which includes (a) Drawing Power Calculation and updating (b) FFR analysis and updating (c) Insurance Policies checking and updating
• Liaising and ensuring coordination within and outside team including Business viz. WBCG ( Large Corporates ) and CBG, CBO units ( CBB's/ CCMC's/ CCSU's ), CBO Central Office, Forex and Treasury.
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Graduate/ Post Graduate form a recognized institute
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
Role Proficiencies:
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
• Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to train, coach and mentor others
