We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Catering Sales to join a dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of proven experience in banquet and catering sales, with a strong network in the hospitality and events industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales for banquet and off-site catering services
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporates, event planners, and individuals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in banquet or catering sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
