Job Description
Monitor daily sales performance across Skin, Laser and Body categories, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
Translate category objectives into targeted marketing initiatives and commercial campaigns.
Prepare weekly trade reports, SKU and state-level performance analysis, and post-promotion reviews.
Plan and monitor Capex budgets and support data visualisation needs across category reporting.
Provide quarterly insights, pricing strategies, and competitive benchmarking to senior stakeholders.
Pricing & Promotional Strategy
Lead pricing rollouts across more than 150 clinics and support the implementation of promotional, pricing, and incentive changes.
Evaluate market pricing to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Oversee price structures, COGs management, and compliance requirements across categories.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance reporting and pricing workflows.
New Product Development
Develop comprehensive business cases for new product and service launches.
Provide insights and recommendations to franchise partners to support category growth.
Collaborate with Education and Marketing teams to align training, pricing and service standards.
