YOUR ROLE

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Category Assistant in our Dandenong South, Victoria branch, to provide support to the Category Team, assisting in the efficient operation of the Procurement Department with reporting, marketing and administration.

This role is a great stepping stone for someone to kick start their career in category management/procurement.

Reporting to one of our amazing Category Managers, the key objective of this role is to support the sustainable growth of your assigned category through technical support of day-to-day activities, new product development and introductions, relevant marketing strategies, brand-building activities and a range of management activities.

The role presents exceptional learning opportunities, working with an open and transformative team within fast-paced environment. Our flat and collaborative organisational structure allows access to a wealth of knowledge and experience through our senior leadership team and highly talented team members.


ABOUT YOU

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound analytical ability
Effective time and resource management skills
Experience in the use of MS Office, with particular focus on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
Can-do attitude
