Casual/Part time section waiter

We are a busy French Bistro located in Sorrento. We are looking for an experienced section waiter to join our team of hospitality professionals. With plenty of job flexibility and potential for growth within our group of restaurants this is a great opportunity to join a year round busy team. While technical skills and knowledge are great being a team player who's willing to learn is essential.

Ability to run a busy section with confidence, while remaining calm and composed
Always putting the guests needs as a top priority
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Exceptional service skills, always providing a welcoming environment understanding the importance of service from start to finish
WSET and wine knowledge looked upon favourably
Strong work ethic, punctual and professional
Victorian RSA required
Salary is negotiable based on experience plus great tips

We are located on the Mornington Peninsula, access to your own transport is essential.
