The Opportunity
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every client who walks through our doors.
You will:
Welcome clients and provide genuine, personalised styling advice
Develop strong product knowledge across fit, fabric and styling
Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business
Contribute to store sales targets and key performance goals
Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
Assist with stock processing, replenishment and store operations
Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive store environment
Represent M.J. Bale with confidence, professionalism and pride
Skills and Experiences:
About You
We are looking for people who bring energy, initiative and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.
You will ideally have:
Experience in fashion, retail, hospitality or customer service
A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport
Confidence working towards sales targets and store goals
An interest in menswear, styling and premium products
Strong communication and presentation skills
A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
Flexibility to work across a seven-day retail roster, including weekends and public holidays
Previous retail experience is valued, but a great attitude, willingness to learn and passion for people are just as important.
