We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our team at our Kilcoy facility on a casual basis.

About the Roles

Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care and supporting clinical operations within the service. You will use your clinical judgement, leadership capability and commitment to best practice to help ensure residents receive safe, professional and person-centred care.

Enrolled Nurse (EN)

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide quality, person-centred nursing care in accordance with each resident’s individual needs, under the direction and support of a Registered Nurse. You will work collaboratively with the broader care team to create an environment where residents feel safe, respected and supported.

What You’ll Do

Registered Nurse:

Deliver evidence-based, person-centred clinical care
Monitor and respond to resident health and wellbeing
Lead and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff
Coordinate clinical workloads and care delivery
Maintain accurate documentation, including AN-ACC requirements
Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and policies
Enrolled Nurse:

Deliver safe, effective nursing care aligned with care plans
Support residents to maintain independence and lifestyle choices
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Uphold infection control and WHS standards
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for nurses who are committed to delivering respectful, resident-centred care and who bring a positive, team-focused approach to their work.

Thorough working knowledge of AN-ACC and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyse clinical information, identify trends and make informed decisions.
Resilience, adaptability and a genuine passion for aged care services.
Knowledge of infection control principles and clinical care standards.
Understanding of the ageing process, dementia and the care needs of older people.
Qualifications & Requirements

Qualification in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
Current CPR certificate.
