Casual Creche Attendant
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Creche Attendants who are passionate about working with children and creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment to join our team at LeisureFit.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality Creche and Kids Club services, ensuring children are cared for in a professional, safe, and friendly setting while supporting a positive experience for families using our facilities.
Location: City of Melville - LeisureFit Booragoon
Salary: LFCA 1 $38.60 p/h. + 12% Super
Employment Type: Casual
What You’ll Be Doing
Provide engaging, safe, and nurturing care for children aged 8 weeks to 11 years
Assist in the development and delivery of Creche and Kids Club programs
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, health, environmental and quality standards
Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with families
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to enhance service delivery
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
Current First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
Current Working with Children Check
Skills & Experience
Experience in a creche or early childhood setting
Experience caring for and supervising children across a wide age range
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-developed organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds
