Casual Boutique Coffee Specialist – Canberra

Flexibility is key – this casual role requires a minimum availability of 3 days/ 24 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, and available on Fridays, including late nights and weekends.Additional hours may be offered based on operational needs.
What you’ll do:
Welcome customers and share your love of coffee.
Create meaningful connections by offering great service and product knowledge.
Support your team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
Confidently use POS systems and digital tools to provide seamless service for every customer.
Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring the boutique always looks its best, with shelves stocked and safety standards upheld.
