Job Summary
Join our dynamic team at iLiquor as a Cashier/Stocker, where you'll be the friendly face greeting customers and ensuring their shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable. In this energetic role, you will handle cashiering duties, manage stock replenishment, and assist with product merchandising to create an inviting store environment. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive sales, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a well-stocked, organized store that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions swiftly and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product assistance
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity
• Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are correctly priced and labeled
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and stockroom to promote safety and efficiency
• Upsell products by highlighting promotions or complementary items to enhance the customer experience
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout lines and stock replenishment
Experience
• Serve Pro is a major plus !
• Any experience in Bartending / Liquor store work
• Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers
• Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices is advantageous
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated professionalism with good phone etiquette and positive attitude toward teamwork
