Job Title: Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process sales transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations

Requirements:
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred
- Excellent organizational abilities to maintain a tidy workspace
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Knowledge of POS systems and technology sales is a plus
- Ability to upsell products and drive sales
