Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle cash transactions with precision.
Provide information about products and services, promoting sales through upselling techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Stay informed about promotions and new products to effectively assist customers.
Skills
Excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on creating positive experiences.
Proficiency in cash handling procedures.
Bilingual
Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
Previous experience working with slot machines is a plus.
