Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
Provide product demonstrations and upsell items when appropriate
Manage customer inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility
Ensure checkout areas are clean, stocked, and well-organized
Handle returns, exchanges, and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Promote store promotions and new products to maximize sales opportunities
Skills
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
Proficiency with POS systems and basic math for cashiering tasks
Ability to perform product demos and engage customers through sales techniques including upselling
Good organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and cash handling procedures
Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous but not required
