Cashier - Liquor Store

We are currently seeking friendly, outgoing, and customer service, initiative-taking individuals to join our team at Liquor Nerds.

What is required:

Provide exemplary customer service to every person who walks into our store, understands customer needs and instills a customer mindset within the store, participates in stocking and merchandising, cleaning of the store.

-Ensuring the store is stocked and ready to serve our customers.

-Ensure all closing procedures are done correctly.

-Complete end of day till reports.

-Working DAY SHIFTS: 9am - 5pm.

-Working NIGHT SHIFTS: 6 pm -2 am.

-Ensure safe is locked at all times and deposits are secured

-Stock shelves and cooler with products

-Participate in routine store maintenance and cleaning

Qualifications

Work Experience - Required/Preferred

-Minimum, 1-year experience in a retail environment (Preferred)

-High School Diploma or equivalent.

-ProServe Certification.

-First-Aid Certificate is considered an asset.

-Knowledge in wine/beer/spirits (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 /hour

Eligible for Benefits after 3 months of employment.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
