Cashier cum Manager Responsibilities
• Manage customer billing and payment transactions accurately using the Petpooja system.
• Handle cash, UPI, card, and online payments.
• Maintain daily sales records and prepare cash reconciliation reports.
• Ensure proper accounting of all transactions and deposits.
• Resolve billing discrepancies promptly and professionally.
• Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient service flow.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in restaurant operations, cashiering, or hospitality management.
• Experience working with restaurant billing software Petpooja
