Carpenter/Lead Hand

This is for you if:

You want to provide leadership and training to apprentices on-site
You enjoy working on a variety of projects while consistently delivering high-quality work on schedule and on budget
You can provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
You take responsibility for solving and communicating issues that arise, changes to the scope of work, tools/materials needed, and daily updates to our administrative systems

Experience Required:

Residential construction experience
Certified journeyman
Clean driving record, class 3 driver's license an asset
Previous experience in a leadership role
