Have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision
Can confidently install cabinets and millwork solo or with a team
Stay organized, efficient, and focused on delivering top-notch results
Communicate well and enjoy working in a friendly, respectful atmosphere
Tackle challenges with creativity and a can-do attitude
What You’ll Be Doing:

Installing Ackard’s custom cabinetry and millwork in renovated homes
Reading and interpreting plans and installation instructions
Measuring, marking, and determining layout and installation procedures
Transporting and unloading materials and equipment
Servicing and repairing installed millwork as needed
Logging your tasks daily using Buildertrend software
Practicing clean and organized job site habits (we like tidy spaces!)
Following all company policies and procedures to ensure quality and safety
Must-Haves:

Strong professional work ethic
Ability to work independently and adhere to tight schedules
4+ years of cabinet installation experience
Your own basic install tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and carry 40+ pounds
Ability to pass a criminal record check
Have a clean driver's abstract
Strong adherence to safety protocols and initiatives
Three or more positive work references
