Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks, including foundations, framing, siding, window/door installs , flooring installation, and cabinet installation. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The Carpenter will work on many different types of projects in residential renovations to new home builds

Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
Perform construction painting and drywall installation to enhance the aesthetic appeal of projects.
Execute flooring installation with precision and care.
Install cabinets and countertops according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications.
Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed.
Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
Handle heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment on-site.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Proficiency in construction painting, flooring installation, cabinet installation, drywall work, and other carpentry skills.
Strong ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Familiarity with construction estimating practices is preferred.
Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety protocols in construction environments.

Pay: $27.37-$36.00 per hour
