Carpenter - Experienced - Full Time - Ithaca, NY
Pay: $25–$40/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time - Monday–Friday (+ optional overtime)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and contribute to high-quality residential projects.
Candidates should have experience in residential construction and be comfortable handling a variety of carpentry tasks from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks
· Work independently or with a crew to complete projects efficiently
· Maintain a clean and organized job site
· Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
· Read and interpret plans and drawings
· Ensure work meets quality standards
